both the education sector and parents.
Education is a career with inspired with an ongoing pursuit for progress.
Our objective is to educate our children so as to contribute to the society.
In order to maintain our best standard of teaching quality, we have also sought accreditation from
International Standardization Organization. Thus, in 1995, E & P became the first children enrichment school
in the world to achieve ISO 1992 certification. Subsequently, we were awarded ISO1991 in 2001.
High standard of audition by ISO has confirmed the high quality of our training for our students.
Educ a tion is a “conscience” career . Ms L ian has inspired students to greater potentials with her unique and
lively way of teaching. Having dedicated herself to the cause of the children, she views education as an ongoing process;
the more one persist the greater the improvement one reaps . Be it expectation on the standard of t eachers or of coaching
of students, the p h ilosophy of “Uphold Quality Training, Embrace Innovation” prevails .
In addition to ongoing research in the field of Mental Arithmetic, Ms Lian went on to design a whole new programme,
that is, “Total Brain Development Training” in 1995. This course aims to help children with different learning styles to
excel in their own rights. The key to the success of this programme is Ms Lian’s energetic and interesting pedagogic approach.
Classroom is the source of learning. We invite the participation of parents at the end of every lesson and this has become
a special feature of our training. We also hold regular seminars with different topics to improve parenting skills,
Ms Lian believes that education is an important mission that needs the support of parents too. With the school and parents
working hand-in-hand, the provision of a holistic education will be more promising.
Over the years, Ms Lian’s passion in education and commitment for students, has gained support and recognition from many.
Besides local media like Zhao Bao, Strait Times, Wan Bao and Xin Ming, reports also came from foreign media like TCS News,
NHK Japan, Hong Kong Xin Dao NewsPress, CNN, Malaysia press and broadcast too. She was also invited in production of several
educational VCD by FORM Music Production, which serve to benefit children via media learning. Moreover, she has been invited
to conduct talks and seminars in schools and organisations like Xin Ming Secondary School, Nanyang Primary School, Nanyang Alumni,
TCS, Singapore Press; and educational institutions in Japan and Indonesia too.
It is our hope that under the strong conviction and dedication of Ms Lian, our next generation will reap the benefits of education.
